PBS Professional® Hands-On Training Course
We are offering a 4-day PBS Professional hands-on training course that teaches in detail the use of PBS Professional hook mechanism to help achieve site requirements. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to finetune your HPC environment.

Objective: Students in this course will learn the fundamentals of PBS Professional and how to optimize its features by implementing hooks functionalities.

Overview: PBS Professional is a robust workload management system supplying the features required to manage diverse workloads across a wide variety of environments.

PBS Professional hooks provide a mechanism for administrators to create Python scripts that further customize and enhance the capabilities of PBS Professional. Examples include, job filtering, automatic resource assignment, resource monitoring, and node health checks.

Class Format:
  • 4 days (The start time is 9:00 AM and end time is 5:00 PM)
